1. No cash refunds or exchanges after 30 days

2. All exchanges and returns must be accompanied by sales receipt. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with its original packaging, along with its warranties.

3. Merchandise that is “special ordered“,"customized”,” altered” or “changed”, may not be returned, exchanged, refunded. No exceptions.

4. We do not allow upgrades or trade-ins, as we do not refurbish and resell used jewelry.

5. All merchandise purchased for Christmas must be returned no later than January 15th.

6. There may be a charge for sizing a ring when the amount purchased is less that $100. The first 1 ½ sizes are always free for purchases over $100. All applicable rates apply after that. “Free" sizing applies one time only.

7. Appraisals for purchases are available on request.

Store Layaway and Special Order Policy

1. The term of a layaway is for 6 months.

2. We require monthly layaway payment with a $5.00 minimum amount due.

3. We reserve the right to cancel any layaway where payment has not been received within 60 days of last payment - without notice.

4. There is a cancellation charge of $20.00 or 10% of the total layaway, whichever is greater, if canceled 30 days from the date of layaway purchase. An invoice may be issued in lieu of a cancellation charge at the request of the customer.

5. Special orders require at least 50% deposit before they will be ordered.

6. Special order deposits and purchases may not be refunded, exchanged or refunded.

Lifetime Guarantee

Your karat gold jewelry is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and workmanship. We will repair or replace a defective item at our option, without charge. This guarantee does not cover any damage resulting from improper use, regular wear and tear or any other cause not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. Should your diamond or precious stone fall out of its mounting due to a defect, it will be repaired or replaced without charge. In order to qualify for the stone replacement warranty, you must bring or send your jewelry into the stores location for inspection at least once every six months and obtain an inspection receipt. These receipts, along with this guarantee, must be presented at the time of repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover loss due to damage or regular wear or tear.
